My name is Dr. Paul Caragine. Over the past 25 years I helped 1,000s of patients who suffered from chronic and often debilitating illnesses. As an Orthopaedic surgeon I preformed over 2,500 hip replacement procedures. More often then not the main cause for these illnesses was lack of proper nutrition.

I realized that “repairing” people was not the answer. I wanted to prevent the chronic conditions from ever occurring at all. That is why I founded CROSSROADS NUTRITION. I’ve dedicated the last 8 years of my life researching all the studies and literature on nutritional supplements. Putting my MIT degree in Biology to good use I set out to combine the right compounds into formulas targeted to specific illnesses.
